Nevermind…I found the solution. In case anyone else wants to add the nav bar back in, remove this section of code from the Edit HTML page:

#navbar-iframe {
height: 0px;
visibility: hidden;
display: none;
}

I really like this template. Is there a way to add the blogger navigation bar back at the top?
